Mohamed Salem NASHWAN

About

Mohamed Salem NASHWAN is a researcher at IWRM research group since 2017. He graduated from the AASTMT, Cairo, Egypt with a Master degree in Construction and Building Engineering in the area of water resources management. During my master research, he developed a decision support tool to optimize pump schedules to minimize power consumption during electricity peak hours. 

In addition, NASHWAN had the opportunity to be deeply involved in the water and waste water utilities industry since high school. He was involved in design and constructing water distribution networks, water and waste water valves manufacturing and testing, designing waste water treatment plants, and upgrading existing WWTPs to receive additional inflow by using MBBR Bio media.
