Google Apps – we can embed in the eLearning and Frong VLE

  1. Google docs – writing documents collaboratively. e.g class planning – we can edit, post. Similar like MS word.
  2. Slides – slide sharing, portfolio – for presentation. Similar like power point.
    • We can edit slides at the back while someone present the front slides
    • Through these we can keep track either they participate well or not.
  3. Form – survey, information seeking, respons with auto analysis, we can reshuffle question – very easy.
  4. My map – involved area, places, map
  5. Drawing – mind map, labelling, flow chart, shoeing process, Labelling the picture
  6. Calendar – important date, meeting

we can send/share through whatsapp, email.

We can use hashtag in facebook and Instagram has massive of hashtag. Then is easy to search from previous post (anything related to any particular post)

For academic purpose;
1. we can create one hashtag for one subject/ class.
2. During convocation – put hashtag on your pictures – then UTM photographer can grab those.
