I’m a senior lecturer at the Department of Biosciences, Faculty of Science UTM. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Plant Biotechnology and a Doctor of Philosophy in Genetics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Currently, I’m the head of the Natural Product Research Group (NatPro) in the Faculty of Science, UTM. In addition, I also hold a membership in American Nutrition of Society (ASN). To summarize my expertise, my work focus on microRNA biology in plant, animal and human (see more detail in Research). My aim as a researcher is to become an expert in my field and to contribute as much as possible to the institution.
