Memang Puas Makan\" class=\"wp-image-135718\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>BAHAN-BAHAN:<\/strong><br>1 ekor ayam \u2013 ambil isi<br>1 sudu makan ketumbar \u2013 sangai (*)\u00a0<br>2 sudu makan jintan manis \u2013 sangai (*)\u00a0<br>1 sudu makan jintan putih \u2013 sangai (*)\u00a0<strong>\u2013\u00a0<\/strong><br>1 inci halia (*)<br>1 inci kunyit (*)<br>3 biji bawang Holland (*)\u00a0<strong>\u2013\u00a0<\/strong><br>1 labu bawang putih (*)<br>6 batang serai (*)<br>5 keping nise atau gula kabung \u2013 masak dengan segelas air\u00a0<strong>\u2013\u00a0<\/strong><br>3 sudu asam jawa tanpa biji\u00a0<strong>\u2013\u00a0<\/strong><br>Gula dan garam secukupnya<br>Lidi satay untuk mencucuk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CARA MEMASAK:<\/strong><br>1.Potong isi ayam berbentuk kiub. Rangka ayam boleh dimasak gulai. Jika nak mudah, boleh beli dada ayam sahaja. Kemudian basuh dan toskan airnya hingga kering.<br>2. Sementara itu sangaikan ketumbar, jintan manis dan jintan kemudian kisar lumat semua bahan yang bertanda (*).<br>3. Dalam bekas besar, satukan isi ayam dan ramuan yang dikisar tadi.<br>4. Kemudian masukkan garam, gula, air nise @ gula kabung dan asam jawa.<br>5. Gaul rata semua bahan supaya tekstur isi ayam atau daging (jika nak campur) menjadi lembut dan mesra dengan rempah.<br>6. Memang Puas Makan\" class=\"wp-image-135719\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>RESIPI KUAH SATE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BAHAN-BAHAN:<\/strong><br>1\/2kg kacang tanah \u2013 goreng &amp; kisar kering @ tumbuk\u00a0<strong>\u2013\u00a0<\/strong><br>2 biji santan kelapa<br>Serai \u2013 diketuk<br>Air asam jawa secukupnya<br>6 keping gula nise (gula melaka)<br>Garam dan gula putih biasa secukupnya (kuah kena mais baru sedap)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BAHAN KISAR HALUS:<\/strong><br>Bawang holland<br>Cili kering<br>Lengkuas<br>Jintan manis<br>Jintan putih<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IKLAN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CARA MEMASAK:<\/strong><br>1.Tumis kesemua bahan yang dikisar tadi kecuali kacang tanah dan serai hingga garing dan pecah minyak.<br>2. Kemudian masukkan santan cair dan kisaran kacang tanah. Biarkan mendidih sekejap.<br>3. Bila nampak sempurna, masukkan bahan-bahan lain dan ubah suai rasa ikut selera masing-masing.<br>4. Air lebihan perapan jangan dibuang. Campurkan dengan segelas minyak untuk digunakan semasa membakar sate nanti.<br>3. Ketuk 2 batang serai, ikat dan celup dalam campuran minyak untuk disapu pada sate. Ia adalah salah satu rahsia sate yang dibakar tetap juicy.<br>4.
