VACANCY – RESEARCH STUDENT (Master GRA)

One vacancy is available for Malaysian who is willing to get involve in research in “pattern recognition for solving industrial engineering problems “.  The candidate is expected to register as a Master (by research) student in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

-Allowance: according to UTM guidelines

-Duration: 18 months

-Broad Research Area: Industrial Engineering

-Focus Research Area: pattern recognition: process monitoring, attack patterns, browsing patterns, consumptions patterns, degradation patterns.

Master of Science Industrial Engineering (MSIE)

School of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia is offering M.Sc in Industrial Engineering for local and overseas students. This program has produced graduates with advanced knowledge in industrial engineering which is in demand for Malaysian and other similar countries. Overseas students from Egypt, Yemen, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Iran, and Pakistan among others have graduated from the program. Malaysian students can register either in perdana (weekdays) or pesisir (weekend class).

Many of our graduates found themselves being upgraded in their professions after graduated from this program.

This semester 2 2019/2020, I am teaching Production and Operations Management (MKMI1803), Project Management (MKMI2823) and Operations Research (MKMI1843).
