He is currently a <strong>Dean<\/strong> at <strong>Faculty of Educational Sciences and Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia<\/strong>. He obtained his <strong>PhD in ICT in Education<\/strong> from <strong>University of Leeds, United Kingdom<\/strong>. He was a <strong>Chair<\/strong> at <strong>School of Education, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, UTM<\/strong> for 2 years and Head of Department at Department of Mathematics &amp; Science Education and Creative Multimedia for 8 Years and appointed as Deputy Dean of Research and Innovation of Faculty of Education until 2018. Noraffandy has research background in <strong>Online Learning and ICT in Education<\/strong>. He has conducted numerous studies on <strong>students\u2019 interaction<\/strong> in<strong> Online Learning Environment, Learning Analytics and Massive Open Online Course (MOOC)<\/strong>. He has been published more than 85 papers in Web of Science and Scopus Indexed journal in the research area of <strong>Online Learning, ICT in Education and the use of technology in teaching and learning<\/strong>. Dr Noraffandy also a <strong>Reviewer<\/strong> for Q1\/Q2 papers in Computers &amp; Education, IEEE Transaction on Education, Technology in Society, Interactive Learning Environment, BMC Medical Education and Science Progress. Noraffandy has also been invited as <strong>keynote speaker<\/strong> by universities in <strong>China, Pakistan<\/strong> and <strong>Malaysia. <\/strong>He has been a supervisor to more than <strong>25 completed master degree<\/strong> students and <strong>20 completed PhD students<\/strong>. Currently, he has <strong>11 PhD students<\/strong> under his supervision.
