Implementation of Integrating Risk and Value Management in Malaysian Construction Industry
Studies on VM and RM respectively as a single managerial methodology applied in the construction industry are intensive, however, only a few references on their integration can be found currently. Respective research on VM and RM in the Malaysian construction industry have already been conducted in terms of many aspects, such as investigation on the current status or practice of each of them. Llittle references focusing on those aspects of their integration implementation in Malaysian construction projects so far.

Human comfort value study: for better tomorrow
Human comfort is defined as the state of the mind that indicates satisfaction with the overall surrounding environment in terms of physical, physiological, psychological, and social aspects to be suitable for the task performed (Elzeyadi, 2002). A study has shown that human is highly affected to the variation of temperature compared to relative humidity (Hussien et al, 2009) and have a significant effect on its occupancy (Al Obaidi et al, 2014). In general, the four main indoor environmental parameters consist of indoor air quality, thermal, acoustic, and visual comfort (Frontczak and Wargocki, 2011). Most people especially in industrialised countries, spend over 90% of their time indoors (Frontczak and Wargocki, 2011).
