These guide my interactions with colleagues and students. My short-term goal is to enhance my teaching methods and expand my research portfolio, particularly in Petroleum Engineering. However, I need to enhance my leadership and teaching methods to create a more engaging learning environment. My motivation stems from a desire to be a role model and a source of inspiration for future engineers and academicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-079fce447533c7f1258a0571dee7e0bd\" style=\"background-color:#aabe88\"><strong>3. Knowing What You Need to Learn<\/strong> <br>I need to focus on learning advanced pedagogical techniques and developing stronger leadership skills. By setting up a structured learning plan, attending workshops on effective teaching and leadership seminars, I aim to better balance teaching, research, and administrative duties. Additionally, I will seek mentorship from experienced faculty members to guide me in these areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-2487b900e42a35c3455afef3cba66fd7\"><strong>4.
