An update on the temporary closure at certain sections of the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) on March 13. Highway concessionaire PLUS has come out with a map listing various alternative routes that can be taken by motorists during the period.
The closure, which is to make way for a charity run, involves the stretch from Bukit Lanjan to Shah Alam, including the Subang, Damansara and Kota Damansara interchanges, and will take place from 12.30 am to 10 am on Sunday.

As reported last week, users from the north wishing to go to Elite Highway, Seremban and other destinations south need to exit the North-South Expressway (NSE) at the Rawang South interchange and use the Guthrie Highway before joining the Elite Highway via the Shah Alam toll plaza.
The charity run is being held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the UEM Group. A total of 6,000 runners will be participating in the run. Those taking part are advised to park their vehicles at Paradigm Mall, Kelana Jaya Stadium and Kelana Business Centre.
