\nAccording to the specs, the Land Cruiser measures in at 6,330 mm long, 1,930 mm wide and with a gross weight of 5,750 kg. Speaking of weight, the 6×6 has a payload capacity of 3,000 kg and is able to sit \u201cfour or five\u201d occupants. Supporting all that weight is a set of heavy duty suspension – coil springs up front and leaf springs at the rear.
\nOf course the only other comparison would have to be the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 (available as a Brabus G700 6×6 in Malaysia). But unlike the more advanced German behemoth, which utilises a twin-turbo 5.5 litre V8 with 536 hp and 760 Nm and a seven-speed automatic gearbox, the Land Cruiser is far simpler, in terms of its powertrain and drivetrain.<\/p>\n
Under the bonnet of the Toyota 6×6 is a supercharged 4.0 V6 which makes 398 hp at 5,500 rpm and 494 Nm at 4,400 rpm. The mill is paired to a five-speed manual gearbox. Meanwhile, the companies noted that a 4.5 litre V8 diesel mill and an automatic transmission can be had as well.
\nAvailable in either single-cab or quad-cab form, other optional items include a custom-made payload box and a chassis-only option.
