{"id":4436,"date":"2018-09-06T10:00:05","date_gmt":"2018-09-06T02:00:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/people.utm.my\/azlans\/?p=4436"},"modified":"2018-09-06T10:00:05","modified_gmt":"2018-09-06T02:00:05","slug":"utm-architecture-student-won-bronze-medal-at-pam-student-awards-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/azlans\/utm-architecture-student-won-bronze-medal-at-pam-student-awards-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"UTM Architecture Student Won Bronze Medal at PAM Student Awards 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\">\n<p class=\"entry-meta\">July 8, 2018\u00a0by\u00a0<span class=\"entry-author\"><a class=\"entry-author-link\" href=\"https:\/\/news.utm.my\/author\/hafizan\/\" rel=\"author\"><span class=\"entry-author-name\">Hafizan Hamzah<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p><strong>KUALA LUMPUR<\/strong>, 7 July 2018- A third-year architectural student of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), David Nee Zhi Kang won a Bronze Medal awarded by the Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) Student Awards 2018 for LAM Part 1.<\/p>\n<p>The award was given at DATUM 2018 (Architectural Conference) as part of the ongoing KLAF2018 (Kuala Lumpur Art Festival) event.<\/p>\n<p>The PAM Student Awards is open to all Malaysian PAM Student Members who\u00a0have completed an architecture course in the preceding year or who will be completing an architecture course in the present year studying both locally or abroad.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the award is to demonstrate PAM and the benefactor\u2019s commitments to architecture design excellence by recognizing students\u2019 outstanding achievements in architectural design and to introduce final year students to the profession and the industry.<\/p>\n<p>The selection board has identified 4 Award Finalists. The winner of the Bronze Medal took home prizes and Travel Grant valued at RM 8,000 and a certificate.
