An exciting event took place on the 9th of May 2023. A workshop focused on “Visual Assessment for Road Defects” brought together a group of 40 technical staff from Safwa Global Venture Sdn Bhd. This course, skillfully conducted by the Pavement & Transportation Research Group at UTM (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia), aimed to enhance their expertise in road assessment.
This hands-on workshop was not just insightful but also unique in its setting, taking place in the scenic surroundings of UTM’s Skudai campus in Johor. It’s a pleasure to share this educational milestone with you all, and we anticipate the valuable insights gained during this workshop will have a positive impact on road quality and safety.
