My instant yeast

1st May is a public holiday (labor day).. no idea what should I cook… I ended up making cucur udang.. according to the recipe that I searched in the internet, I have to use instant yeast. Have to mix the yeast with warm water and a bit of sugar.. here’s how it looks like after I put the mixture aside… macam topi barret pulak hehee
