It was organized in conjunction with IPACK-IMA Exhibition and 9th Nut and Vegetable Production Engineering Symposium. The venue was at Fieramilano Rho, a large convention centre located 20 min from the centre of Milan (by train). For this conference I have submitted a paper entitled &#8220;Efficiency and Thermal Stability of Encapsulated Anthocyanins from Red Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus (Weber) Britton &amp; Rose) using Microwave-assisted Technique&#8221; which has been published in Chemical Engineering Transaction Vol. 43, 2015.
