Jika pernah, anda mungkin mengalami \u2018burnout\u2019.<br><br>\u2018Burnout\u2019 ialah keadaan emosi, mental dan keletihan fizikal yang disebabkan oleh tekanan berlebihan dan berpunca daripada pelbagai faktor seperti beban kerja terlalu banyak dan tidak mendapat sokongan orang sekeliling.<br><br>Ambil masa untuk rehat seketika dan belajar uruskan emosi dengan baik di samping mengamalkan pemakanan seimbang bagi mengatasi masalah burnout.
