Do 5 pull-ups, 10 pushups, and 15 squats, in that order. That\u2019s 1 round. Do as many rounds as you can before the time runs out.<br \/>\n<strong>Pullup<\/strong><br \/>\nUse an overhand grip to hang from a pullup bar with your arms straight. Pull your chest to the bar. Pause, and then return to the starting position.<br \/>\n<strong>Pushup<\/strong><br \/>\nAssume a pushup position. With your <span id=\"nip9u1zsa1_6\" class=\"nip9u1zsa1\">elbows<\/span> tucked, lower your chest until it\u2019s just a few inches off the floor. Pause, and push yourself back up.<br \/>\n<strong>Squat<\/strong><br \/>\nStand with your feet set slightly beyond <span id=\"nip9u1zsa1_8\" class=\"nip9u1zsa1\">shoulder<\/span> width. Now push your hips back and <span id=\"nip9u1zsa1_7\" class=\"nip9u1zsa1\">lower<\/span> your body as far as possible.
