Farin Ain Binti Ismail Kassim is a Ph.D holder with particular interests in System Dynamic Model, Financial Model, Public Private Partnership Projects, Investment and Development projects, Property Valuation, Property Management, and Real Estate Agency. Her Ph.D thesis research entitled “System Dynamic Model for Higher Educational Institution Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects”. She finished her Master in Property Investment at the Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi MARA. Her Master’s thesis was entitled “The Measurement of Noise Level and its effect on the Value of High-rise Residential Property in Kuala Lumpur”. She received her Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Estate Management at the Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi MARA. Currently, she works as a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). She has more than 4 years of experience in teaching.
