How to apply grant?<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Start with internal grant (compulsory)<\/li>\n
  2. Apply for external grant (secured FRGS within 1-2 years after PhD)<\/li>\n
  3. Assign at least 1 MSc. student for the grant<\/li>\n
  4. Strategy: complete the grant ASAP and apply a new project<\/li>\n
  5. Must complete and submit the final report to close the project<\/li>\n
  6. Take care of your own grant record (blacklisted drop your reputation)<\/li>\n
  7. Project progress (activity and claims)<\/li>\n
  8. Set higher KPI for grant (high impact journal, exhibition, patent, filing, etc.)<\/li>\n
  9. After 3-4 years, must apply PRGS for product prototype and commercialization.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
