I am a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and currently serve as the Coordinator of the Postgraduate Study Programme in Chemistry at UTM.My academic expertise lies in organometallic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and computational chemistry, with a strong emphasis on experimental organometallic synthesis and characterization, complemented by computational approaches to support chemical understanding.My research interests focus on the design, synthesis, and study of inorganic and organometallic compounds, as well as the application of computational chemistry methods to investigate molecular structures, properties, and reaction mechanisms. I am actively involved in teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students, and my work contributes to both fundamental and applied aspects of inorganic and organometallic chemistry. As an educator, I strive to inspire the next generation of chemists through innovative teaching methods and hands-on laboratory experiences. My commitment to fostering a collaborative learning environment encourages students to explore their passion for chemistry and engage in meaningful research projects that address real-world challenges. I believe in the power of mentorship and aim to guide my students in their academic and professional journeys, helping them to develop critical thinking skills and a strong foundation in scientific inquiry.<\/strong><\/p>\n
