I prefer not to leave the office with unfinished business, which drives me to focus on completing work efficiently. However, I recognize that this sometimes puts extra pressure on me, and I could improve by pacing myself and finding balance with stress management, which can make it harder to maintain focus during busy periods. This is an area I\u2019d like to improve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowing what you do\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I\u2019m quite good at organizing tasks and making sure things get done on time. I\u2019m also comfortable working with a team and providing direction. I\u2019m not overly focused on being a leader, but I do ensure things get done. My approach is more about making sure tasks are completed and problems are solved, rather than focusing on being in charge. That said, I try to provide enough direction to keep projects moving forward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowing what you need to learn\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To grow as a leader, I need to improve in handling difficult conversations and making decisions quickly under pressure. I also want to learn more about different leadership approaches, so I can adapt better to different situations or team dynamics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply what you know\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>My expertise in technology is something I can leverage as a tool to streamline processes and make things more efficient.
