It is a few days before Eid.\u00a0 I haven’t made any Eid preparation yet.\u00a0 No shopping.\u00a0 No spring clean.\u00a0 Nothing.\u00a0 Well, I did wash the curtains and whatsnot few weeks ago at the self-laundry mart.\u00a0 \u00a0I did bake Brownie cookies.<\/a>\u00a0 This reminds me of the time when I was in Durham.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I would still go to school even though it was Eid.\u00a0 There was no break for me.\u00a0 I went to school and then went to pray Eid prayer.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The faculty seems extraordinarily quiet today.\u00a0 I saw Prof Hamdan<\/a> on his way to pray Zuhr.\u00a0 I saw Dr Sarimah’s car on the parking lot and few others cars.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is raining quite heavily.\u00a0 I plan to go back after Zuhr.\u00a0 I guess, I have to wait for a while.\u00a0 \u00a0I am so spoiled in this case.\u00a0 When I was in Durham, I would go to the school even though it was snowing.\u00a0 At one time, I even saw a boat was stuck in a middle of the river due to the snow.\u00a0 I didn’t take any chance to walk on the snow-covered river because I know the ice was thin.\u00a0 It was not worth the risk to get wet and hypothermia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Alhamdulillah, now I don’t have to walk in cold winter days to reach my faculty.\u00a0 So, a mere drizzle shouldn’t faze me, don’t you think so?\u00a0 \ud83d\ude00<\/span><\/p>\n
