{"id":5473,"date":"2020-08-09T08:48:42","date_gmt":"2020-08-09T00:48:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/hadijahjaffri\/?p=5473"},"modified":"2020-08-09T08:55:06","modified_gmt":"2020-08-09T00:55:06","slug":"example-of-cqi-for-obe-car-based-on-clo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/hadijahjaffri\/example-of-cqi-for-obe-car-based-on-clo\/","title":{"rendered":"Example of CQI for OBE CAR: Based on CLO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is an example of CQI that I wrote for the courses that I teach this semester (Semester 2, 201920) based on<strong> Course Learning Outcome (CLO).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CLO1: One student failed to submit the final examination (take home examination).\u00a0 There other students who seem to struggle to link concepts relating to various theories of personality with life events.\u00a0 It perhaps due to misconceptions or overloaded information that they have to digest within shorter period of time especially if they do not have continuous revision on their own.\u00a0 So, students will be guided to have continuous revision through weekly online quizzes which will prompt them to revise consistently.<\/p>\n<p>If I can break down the above CQI reporting based on <strong>three things:<\/strong> 1) Analysis of data, 2) Areas for improvement and 3) Action plan, you will see that I organise the sentence structure according to such order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Analysis of data,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One student failed to submit the final examination (take home examination).\u00a0 There other students who seem to struggle to link concepts relating to various theories of personality with life events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Areas for improvement\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It perhaps due to misconceptions or overloaded information that they have to digest within shorter period of time especially if they do not have <strong>continuous revision<\/strong> on their own <strong>(in this sentence, I believe one of the areas for improvement is <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">continuous revision<\/span>.\u00a0 So, I highlighted this aspect which I will take action in the future). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Action plan,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So, students will be guided to have continuous revision through weekly online quizzes which will prompt them to revise consistently.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is an example of CQI that I wrote for the courses that I teach this semester (Semester 2, 201920) based on Course Learning Outcome (CLO).
