Being a slow-mo and not so tech savvy, having such notes is helpful.  But at the same time, since I also attended the synchronous session, I have a chance to do hands-on thing with the guidance from the facilitators.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I notice that the facilitators are young and energetic.  So, I hope their enthusiasm would rub off a bit on me.
