Synopsis of Programme

MASTER OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
SPECIALIZATION: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT
This programme is designed for candidates who want to gain an understanding of how Information Technology (IT) can be used in management, education, library and information services, manufacturing, and other contexts. This programme aims to produce responsible, innovative, and creative graduates of IT Managers, IT Consultants, or IT Experts with skills in analyzing, planning, designing, and managing a variety of Information Communication Technology (ICT) based solutions to different kinds of organizations. This is a mixed-mode program that involves both taught courses and research. There are 21 and 24 credits for the taught course and research, respectively. Students must complete 45 credits with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 to graduate. Upon graduation, students will be awarded a MASTER OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIZATION: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT.
