Thanks to mat Gebu for the recipe which I have adapted.<\/p>\n<p>NASI MINYAK<br \/>3 cwn beras (I use Jasmine)<br \/>1 cwn susu ( I use fresh milk)<br \/>4 camca besar minyak sapi or margarine<br \/>2 biji bawang besar, didadu<br \/>4 ulas bawang putih, dititik<br \/>2 inci halia, dihiris<br \/>1 batang kayu manis*<br \/>1 kuntum bunga lawang*<br \/>5 kuntum bunga cengkih*<br \/>3 biji buah pelaga*(*rempah tumis)<br \/>Garam secukup rasa<\/p>\n<p>AYAM MERAH<br \/>Ayam<br \/>Kunyit<br \/>Halia<br \/>1\/2 cawan fresh milk<br \/>1\/2 cawan tomato puree<br \/>2 camca besar cili kisar<br \/>Garam dan gula secukup rasa<br \/>2 biji bawang besar*<br \/>4 ulas bawang putih*<\/p>\n<p>Acar Mentah<br \/>1 biji timun, disagat<br \/>1\/2 biji lobak merah, kupas dan sagat<br \/>1\/4 bahagian kobis sederhana besar, hiris halus<br \/>1 biji bawang besar, hiris halus<br \/>2 biji cili merah, hiris halus<br \/>1\/4 cawan cuka makan<br \/>Garam dan gula secukup rasa<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At times when I am really lost of ideas, I would just make the easiest meal of the day..that&#8217;s the nasi minyak. you don&#8217;t need too much of a hassle, as it comes with the ayam merah and acar.
