Dr. Hanini Ilyana develop her early interest on Diploma in Banking. She then proceeded and received her first degree in Finance from Universiti Teknologi Mara. After completing her Master of Business Admin, she finally developed her research interest in transport and logistics specifically in human talent during her doctoral research. Before coming to UTM, she worked as a Principal, lecturers, researcher, and consultant for more than ten years at different universities and colleges.
