1. The Development of Magnetic Indicators of Economic Agglomeration for Industrial and Business Investment Environment
   It is discovered that there are issues of industrial property overhang in Johor. There is a mismatch between the supply and demand for the industrial and business unit within the area. This research aims to determine the magnetic indicators of economic agglomeration for industrial and business investment environment. This project consists of two objectives which are: (1) to explore the general outlook of the industrial property market within Malaysia and Johor, (2) to explain the qualitative measure of critical success factors for the industrial property market within the case study area. Specifically, this project will reveal the volume and value of industrial property transactions. Besides, the factors that create a favorable industrial and business environment will be discovered in this project. The finding of this project will be contributed to the establishment of the Asset and Facilities Management (AFM) model in creating economic agglomeration of the industrial and business environments. The synergetic contributory role of the AFM Model for industrial and business development is a crucial component to the successful implementation of the 11th Malaysian Plan, the 3rd Industrial Master Plan, and other strategic plans.
