Assalamualaikum and Greetings..
I am Haris Ahmad Bin Israr Ahmad (Ph.D.), and I am currently a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (FKM). I also serve as the Head of the Department for Aeronautics, Automotive, and Ocean Engineering. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aeronautics) and later pursued my Master’s and PhD studies at ISAE (Supaero) in France. Besides that, I am also an associate researcher at Aeronautics Laboratory (Aerolab), Center for Advanced Composite Material (CACM), and Computational Solid Mechanics Laboratory (CSMLab), researching composite structures as well as the Finite Element Method. In terms of teaching activities, I have taught several courses like Finite Element Method, Applied Numerical Method, Statics, Solid Mechanics, Aircraft Structures, Aircraft Design, and Engineering Science for non-mechanical students.
