- Untuk makluman YBhg. Datuk/ Dato’/ Prof./ Dr./ Tuan/ Puan, di bawah program NBOS 6 – My Kampung My Future (MKMF), beberapa lokasi kampung yang berpotensi telah dikenalpasti di seluruh Malaysia yang akan dibangunkan oleh pihak Kementerian Pertanian dan Industri Asas Tani dengan kerjasama erat semua Kementerian/ Jabatan/ Agensi lain melalui perdekatan Strategi Lautan Biru Kebangsaan (NBOS). Bagi tujuan pelaksanaan program MKMF Negeri Selangor, lokasi Homestay Banghuris (Kampung Bukit Bangkong, Kampung Hulu Chuchoh dan Kampung Hulu Teris) telah dipilih untuk dibangunkan dengan pelbagai aktiviti-aktiviti berekonomi khusus bagi pembangunan golongan belia di kampung-kampung.
- Sehubungan itu, pihak YBhg. Datuk/ Dato’/ Prof./ Dr./ Tuan/ Puan adalah dimohon untuk mengemukakan cadangan projek yang memberi impak tinggi kepada masyarakat di kawasan Homestay Banghuris dengan menerapkan prinsip NBOS(low cost, high impact, rapid execution and sustainability). Bersama-sama ini disertakan format cadangan projek seperti di Lampiran I.

2017 IEEE International Conference on Signal and Image Processing Applications (ICSIPA) – Deadline Extended
The IEEE International Conference on Signal and Image Processing Applications (ICSIPA), organized biennially by the IEEE Signal Processing Society Malaysia Chapter (twice recipient of Chapter of the Year Award), provides a forum for local and international researchers and engineers from academia and industry to present and discuss the latest technological advances and research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental and applied signal, image and video processing.
IEEE ICSIPA 2017 (http://spsocmalaysia.org/icsipa2017) is the fifth in the series and will be held on 12-14 September 2017 in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Previous IEEE ICSIPA conferences, held biennially since 2009 have been major successes with 50% – 70% international participation. Papers presented in all previous IEEE ICSIPA conferences are indexed in IEEE Xplore and are listed in SCOPUS and ISI Web of Science.

We would like to announce that UTM is implementing the following programmes to enhance the use of English among the staff.
All staff of UTM are required to use English regularly in UTM to develop their confidence to communicate with foreigners. This is to provide daily training for UTM staffs besides the formal training programmes offered by Development Section (Registrar Office).
The implementation will be effective every 3rd week of every month starting from 19th – 23rd March 2017. Heads of Departments are to ensure that the program is successfully carried out at the department level involving all staff.
