This is to provide daily training for UTM staffs besides the formal training programmes offered by Development Section (Registrar Office).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The implementation will be effective every\u00a0<strong>3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0week\u00a0of every month starting from 18th &#8211; 24th September 2016<\/strong>.
