Scope<\/strong><\/div>\n

The 24th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (ICECS) will be held in Batumi, Georgia on\u00a0December 5-8, 2017. As the flagship conference of IEEE Circuits and Systems Society in Region 8 (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), ICECS 2017 will consist of tutorials, plenary lectures, regular, special and poster sessions focusing on recent trends, emerging technologies and advances in all aspects of:

Call for Special Session Proposals<\/strong><\/div>\n
The aim of a special session is to provide an overview of the state-of-the-art and current research directions in specific fields within the general scope of the conference. To submit a special session proposal, please contact one of the special session chairs, Dr. Neslihan Serap \u015eeng\u00f6r (sengorn@itu.edu.tr<\/a>) and Dr. Elena Blokhina (elena.blokhina@ucd.ie<\/a>), before June 15, 2017<\/strong>. The proposal should include a one-page overview of the proposed session containing the title of the topic and a brief abstract, the rationale of organizing the special session, proposed speakers, and their biographies.<\/div>\n
