The explosive growth of the \u201cInternet of Things\u201d is changing our world and the vast amount of IoT components allows engineers to innovate new designs and products at home and industry. In this workshop, you will learn the importance of IoT in society, the current components of typical IoT devices and trends for the future. IoT design considerations, physical and cyber security, constraints and interfacing between the physical world and IoT device will also be covered.<\/p>\n

Please do not miss this rare opportunity to learn to design and create IoT solution on Raspberry Pi platform. This workshop will cover a hands-on approach in configuring IoT sensors, gateway and cloud in a lab-setting environment.<\/p>\n

Participants would be introduced to embedded systems programming using C, embedded Linux system configuration and programming and IoT gateway to cloud interfacing using sockets.<\/p>\n
