Synopsis:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

This course introduces the fundamentals of electronic materials, device structures, circuits and applications suitable for students majoring in mechanical engineering such as semiconductor diodes, bipolar junction transistor, field-effect transistors,basic gates and integrated circuits. Generally this course is designed so that the students can have the basic knowledge about the electronic engineering which is required in understanding the mechanical engineering.<\/p>\n
