Every journey has a destination, every book and every movie has its ending. Everything aspires to achieve something. To get to somewhere. It could be a short journey or a long one.<\/p>\n

Everyone needs a goal. In fact you can have a few goals. A personal goal for your long term vision, a class assignment goal, your business goal with your team, your goal with your family. [su_quote]Having a goal is important. It can help you envision the achievement and\u00a0plan\u00a0the path to acquire it. It motivates you to stay on that path and work at it until you achieve your goal.[\/su_quote]<\/p>\n

A goal can be as simple as drinking 3 litres of water a day, to as complicated as mastering\u00a0coding languages or writing the next best-seller novel.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Set your goal<\/strong><\/span>. Drink 3 litres of water a day.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Plan of achievement<\/strong><\/span>. Drink 250ml of pure water every hour from 7 am.<\/p>\n

Step 3: Set reminder and\u00a0Motivation<\/strong><\/span>. \u00a0Put a notification on your phone or download a water app. Below is a simple example of a water app called Water Time Pro.<\/p>\n

Water Goal: Accomplished!<\/p><\/div>\n

A student must have goals. A short term one per semester and a medium term one for the degree program undertaken and a long term one for your future. A simple example:<\/p>\n

Short term:<\/strong> I want to ensure I master the routing protocol technology, configuration and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n

Medium term:<\/strong> Graduate with a minimum CPA of 3.6.<\/p>\n

Long term:<\/strong> Be a successful independent consultant on networks and communication.<\/p>\n
