This has been in effect since Session 1516\u00a0Semester 2, but only have been announced in e-learning site. Currently it only serves SCSR students.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>The policy denotes that:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">All report submission must follow the date of submission as noted in the PSM calendar of the particular semester<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Reports are encouraged to be submitted to the submission counter (opened for 3 hours), but a grace period of until 4.30PM of the day is given.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Any reports received after 4.30PM of submission day and onward will be penalized with a compulsory 5% marks deduction.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Reports will not be accepted after 2 days (**subject to change according to dates)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>For late report submission to be received (the day after and onward), these need to submitted together with the report:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>1- All forms are complete (SV signatures too)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>2- A show-cause letter, signed by students, endorsed by SV and HOD (Head of Department).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To ensure the smooth running of the evaluation process, and to be fair to all students; a new policy on report submission has been drawn.
