Burn the file into your CD.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><b>For your CDs, please ensure to include the following:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">IP forms<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Project poster\u00a0(use PSM template). For template,<a href=\"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/hazinah\/2017\/07\/psm2-templates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> click here<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Short paper (in .<strong>DOC<\/strong> format please). For template, <a href=\"https:\/\/people.utm.my\/hazinah\/2017\/07\/psm2-templates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">click here<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Complete report (in .<strong>DOC<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong>PDF<\/strong> format please)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Abstracts\u00a0(in <strong>PDF<\/strong>\u00a0format please)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Complete system files and source codes ==&gt; don&#8217;t forget a <em>readme<\/em> file as a guide.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Prototype <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><b><i><u>Submission Procedure:<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1 &#8211; Complete the compilation and binding.\u00a0<i>**Make sure all formatting is right. You don\u2019t want to have to re-bind your thesis.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>2- Submit one set to the Academic Office, get them to sign the <strong>Thesis Submission form (TSF)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3- Submit one set to your SV, get him\/her to sign the\u00a0<strong>Thesis\u00a0Submission form (TSF)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4- Submit one set to the PSM2 Coordinator, get her to sign the\u00a0<strong>Thesis\u00a0Submission form (TSF)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5- All done.<\/p>\n<p>**Note: You need 1 TSF only, signed by all.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here is a checklist of what you need to do and what you need to submit as the final step of your Final Year project journey.
