Dr. Wahid Omar said in his opening speech at the 57th Convocation Festival (Fesko) said it was the government&#8217;s intention to produce human capital that is not only knowledgeable and skilled but can be useful assets for the nation in the future.<br \/>\nThe 57th Fesko launching session was officiated\u00a0by Her Royal Highness (HRH) the Chancellor of UTM, Raja Zarith Sofia Sultan Idris Shah. Also attending the ceremony were the two Pro-Chancellors, Tan Sri Dr. Salleh Mohd.
