So don’t forget that you are a human. Multiple emotions could be elicited from one specific event rather than just one single feeling. And emotions can overlap. Emotions such as anger and happiness are not on the list because according to the research, these feelings can originate from other emotions such as fear or envy, for example. Indeed human are a complex being. (That’s why we do have that anxiety symptom but at different level from one to another). Nah!

If you have something that messing your life, you better let it out, cry it out loud…don’t keep it to yourself. It’s hurt. Yes. But Do remember that Allah will take away the pain and replace it with something better, maybe not with what you wish for, but with what He knows good for you. Have faith.

In the event of fear and anxiety one should seek the help of Allah and frequently recite this ayah of the glorious Qur’an “Hasbunallahu wa Ni’mal Wakeel” “Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us).” (3:173).

Me And Positive Vibes

I decided to write in this today (13/07/2020) as i believe that positivity is one of way that i need to be able to live my life to the fullest whether it is in my private life or work life. I’m scared looking at the world of nowadays when people are no longer care about other people heart (i do think you would know what i meant by “heart”). Being a daughter/daughter-in-law, a siblings, a wife, a mom to 4 kids, a friend to not so many people (i like my circle to be small but merrier) and as an employee, i know its tough. Not only for me, but also to the millions numbers of working mom out there. And not forgeting a full time housewife (i do know your adventure at home). During movement control order due to Covid-19 pandemic, the experience being at home for nearly 3 months (yup, i know it just 3 months but only Allah know the feelings of struggling & managing happen) do make me think, wonder and decide more than usual for my future undertaking. LOL. I do feel the miracle that i’m still alive after that WFH adventure. (another sharing soon)

Positivity is the practice of being or tendency to be positive or optimistic in attitude (by the meaning of dictionary) and by me is to stay sane and be happy at the end of the day. Mindset is not a fixed thing and as human, we should feel lucky and grateful since god (Allah for muslim) gave the freedom to think and decide your own thinking but do remember that we have our religion path to follow and do walk to that way.. Your life is as good as your mindset as long as you have your religion, faith and your love one around you.

Feel that love vibes and create you positive vibes… who will take care and mend our hearts if not ourselves.. Love yourself to love your surrounding.
