It is Okay to Not Be Okay
Why? Because we are humans. And human have feelings and emotions. Do you know that our emotion are not just happiness, sadness, anger, surprise, fear and disgust. - Empathetic pain
- Entrancement

- Fear
- Horror
- Interest

- Sadness
- Satisfaction
- Sexual desire
- Sympathy
- Triumph
- Adoration
- Aesthetic Appreciation
- Amusement
- Anxiety
- Awe
- Awkwardness
- Boredom
- Calmness
- Confusion
- Craving
So don’t forget that you are a human. Multiple emotions could be elicited from one specific event rather than just one single feeling. And emotions can overlap. Emotions such as anger and happiness are not on the list because according to the research, these feelings can originate from other emotions such as fear or envy, for example. Indeed human are a complex being. (That’s why we do have that anxiety symptom but at different level from one to another). Nah!
If you have something that messing your life, you better let it out, cry it out loud…don’t keep it to yourself. It’s hurt. Yes. But Do remember that Allah will take away the pain and replace it with something better, maybe not with what you wish for, but with what He knows good for you. Have faith.

In the event of fear and anxiety one should seek the help of Allah and frequently recite this ayah of the glorious Qur’an “Hasbunallahu wa Ni’mal Wakeel” “Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us).” (3:173).
