CHINA ROCK 2024

I was honoured to participate as an invited and sponsored speaker at the “International Young Forum on Rock Mechanics,” held in conjunction with the 21st Annual Conference of China Rock Mechanics and Engineering (China Rock 2024). The event was organized by the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering (CSRME) under the theme “Major Engineering Project and Risk Prevention.”
ISRM INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM 2024 & 13TH ASIAN ROCK-MECHANICS SYMPOSIUM, NEW DELHI, INDIA

VISIT JKR PONTIAN AND SITE VISIT

The visit from Geotechnical Research Group (GRG), UTM and National Institute of Technology, Kagoshima College, Japan is to initiate a collaborative partnership between GRG and JKR for construction projects involving peat soil.
SITE VISIT AND FIELDWORK

The site visit and fieldwork was carried out for student MKAJ 1073 to assess the rock slope based on rock mass rating, slope mass rating, and kinematic analysis.
