Biography
Jamaluddin Zakaria received his B.Eng. degree in Electronic Engineering in 2011, followed by an M.Sc. degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 2013 and a Ph.D. in 2019, all from the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He is currently a senior lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Bahru, in the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
His primary research interests lie in cooperative communications, energy harvesting in relaying systems, and the implementation of wavelet-based OFDM systems. Expanding on these foundations, his current research delves into transistor-level design of analog and mixed-signal CMOS integrated circuits, with a focus on high-speed interconnections and signal integrity, targeting critical advancements in modern electronic systems.
