Assalamualaikum and a very good day to all of you wonderful people out there. This is the 2nd blog post on my blog for the year 2019 which I think a great start ahead for another episode of my journey to a greater success in UTM one day, I hope. Well the great thing when you work in a small team number like our office, UTMLead is that, you won’t forget all the names of your office mate from administration dept to creative dept. Because you will be seeing them everyday at the front office regarding HR matters and whatnot.
And yes the thing I would like to highlight here was the Annual Luncheon of UTMLead that was supposed took place December last year (2018) but has postponed to January 2019. Normally a dept or a company will held their Annual Luncheon/Dinner every year end, this is a normal practice. But due to school holiday or maybe important programs, some of our staff were unavailable on that date. So our KAPPELLA chairman move the date as early as January 2019. I know this sounds weird to have Annual Luncheon on a new year calendar, but it’s got to be done. People are looking forward to it! For me I always love to look at the various dishes being served.

Apart from that we also celebrate our staff birthday from the month of June to December. And as you can see in the picture, it’s quite the normal situation in government offices everywhere in Malaysia where we have women staff more than men. I hope I’m not getting into any trouble with that statement.   Well, if you prove to be smart, can you take a guess of my whereabout in this picture?  

I’d noticed that there were no favourite dish of mine this time, satay. OMG, everyone loves satay in any kind of celebration be it birthday party, property launching, BBQ dinner you name it. I just thought that maybe they cut down their budget in order to save some ringgit for the next KAPPELLA ceremony. Who knows right? I just hope that we could somehow generate more income for KAPPELLA this year so that we could plan our next move with ease and confident although there might seems to be winding road ahead.

Yes, we patiently wait for the foods. Mmm…food, food where are you? I’m going to catch you!

Well, if there is one thing in my mind right now is that to spend more money on delicious dish for the next ceremony. We all love the taste of satay, rendang ayam, kuah lodeh, ketupat, lemang etc. OMG, my mind already skip to Hari Raya menu! What to do?    Let us hope and pray that 2019 will be the greatest year for us to succeed in our work by putting big effort in ourselves. And remember guys to work together as a team like we always did!
