Assalamualaikum and a very good day to all of you out there. So for this posting, I went to the UTM Pagoh campus because I was involved with a carnival called “Karnival Lestari Muar”. I was told by my boss that I need to be there to take care of our exhibition booth and promote our service of MOOC and Micro-Credential. Yeah. I never know why I was chosen among others! Haha..but what I did knew was most of our colleagues went outstation to a hotel at KLIA for the Anugerah Akademik Negara workshop. And I think that was why I have been chosen to be involved with this event.

We left UTM at around six in the morning while it was raining heavily. The same condition goes along our way to Pagoh. But when it’s time to exit the highway for Pagoh, the weather looks just fine! Oh wow! cool In my thought, aside from giving away brochures and info on MOOC and MC to the visitors at the exhibition booth, I already have something on my mind. sealed I would really LOVE to eat Mee Bandung. Ermmmm…tongue-out The campus was not far away from Mee Bandung stall in the small town of Pagoh.

But seriously though, this was my first time arriving at Hab Pendidikan Tinggi Pagoh and I was already impressed with the location. Do you know why? Just like the name implies, this is a location where more than one Higher Institution shared the same facilities among them including an auditorium, library, convention center, sports facilities…you name it. It’s cool right?

This exhibition was part of the Karnival Lestari Muar event. There were also exhibitors from the industry though not that many, but still an important entity to make this event as a whole. And it’s super important to have a good relationship with them so you could bond a strong connection in making good progress towards heading a common goal together.

But I think Hab Pendidikan Tinggi Pagoh through its partner institution there could play a bigger role in terms of enlivening this carnival to a bigger crowd. We really like to see such an exhibition event filled with crowds doing various activities offered by the organizer. Though we may think that we have already carried our tasks to the end, then I think it’s always best to remind ourselves of the things that we might actually forget before the event started. Or better yet, by asking ourselves, how to get a bigger crowd in your event. Well, I leave that question to you. If you got a better idea, feel free to comment on this page. embarassed
