But Why Did UTM Wants Their Staff To Have A Blog?
I wish I could tell you more about this, but the fact that I’m still looking for the answer up till now. 
Well..as for me, the only thing I can do to sharpen my skills in English language is to write more and more content in English with Grammarly as my Teacher on the browser extension. But sometimes I do skip their grammar recommendation. 
Because in my opinion, I would like to write something in my own style though it may sounds lack of grammatical judgment, but hey I’m still respecting my own time to pour out my heart’s content on this blog!
Seriously Though Is That Your Answer?
Nah..that’s just one of the main reasons I hang out here often with you guys. But the truth is, having a blog such as this might boost your appraisal form score at the year-end. Why? Because there is a section in the LNPT form where it says…if you have a UTM blog and update it regularly, it could help lift off your total mark though it boosts small in value. Ahh..please hold your laugh okay! The Falcon 9 booster ain’t boost back to its landing zone in a day, but each launch failure comes back with its most valuable data for the next big step towards success.

Ahh..it’s never too late to start your way into the world of blogging. It could be fun or it could be the worst idea once you have registered for your own account. Do you know why? It’s quite difficult to spend some of your time to discipline yourself by typing your idea directly into this website. Yes, we already suffered eye strain when we are too exposed in front of the monitor just by doing office work. So that was why we really need to get away from our pc and take a breath outside the office and watch the green landscape that unfolds wide before our eyes. Uh-huh..speaking like a true Activist. Hahaha..
So, for those of you who would still shown a strong passion towards blogging, please go to this website https://people.utm.my to register your account for free. You don’t have to be so niche at first about the topic that you want to share with your audience. Start small, start simple..don’t give a deep thought too long as this could lead to a waste of time. But remember blogging isn’t about throwing away your negative thoughts in this digital domain, you dealt with that matter on your own in the most professional way. Blogging is about telling others your story the way you like your readers to read your post from the first paragraph until the end so that they feel engaged by your writing. Once you feel confident enough to write something even more detailed, then it’s time to widen the scope of topic of your choice while still maintaining the tone and characteristics of your writing. As for me, I am a Producer in UTM CDex focusing on multimedia production jobs, especially in audio/video content by doing editing most of the time. So the content on this blog mainly focuses on my daily job as a Producer at UTM. But you know what, I’m just a teeny tiny blogger in UTM who sits between professional academicians, researchers, and administrators with far better writing strategies compared to this no-one in the creative world of blogging. Hihihi..while my mind is soaked with the question, should I write a book on my own with the expertise I had? I’d still think about that thought of which I’m trying to do whether a book writing or developing my own Micro-Credential course in the future. It’s quite stressful to hold on to that matter for a while, but hey. I’m doing what I think is best for me.
