Greetings, everyone! As-salamu alaykum. I’m back for my first post in February 2024. While it might seem like I skipped posting in January, rest assured I’m here, sitting in front of my computer, typing this entry that primarily revolves around my daily work at the office. For those of you who have inquired about my current health condition and my usage of blood pressure and high cholesterol medication in recent years, I want to reassure you that the medication is effective. However, I have concerns about its potential impact on my kidneys in the future. Unless there’s an alternative method that doesn’t involve these pills, I’m all ears and open to exploring alternatives.
Well, from late last year (2023) until now, I’ve been quite stressed about my own situation and wondering where it will lead in the future. Honestly, I’ve been pretty scared about everything happening in the office lately. Change is in the air, and you have to adapt to it, no matter where it takes you. Just like a river flows smoothly on its endless journey, you have to stick with the given course until it reaches its destination. For those who may be wondering how long I’ve been on servicing in this department, I’ll convey it by raising a “peace” sign with my left hand and a “0” with my right. That should clear things up.
I think it’s only right that if you’re a Penerbit Rancangan, you stay true to that role until you retire. Your job description should unmistakably reflect the duties of a Penerbit Rancangan, and not the other way around. This is just the usual drill in a government office, and let’s use the role of a Penerbit Rancangan as a case in point. Stick to your job description, no veering off into other tasks!
At present, I find myself at full capacity within my designated role, making it difficult to accommodate tasks beyond its purview. Despite having participated in a five-day workshop centered on virtual simulation, assimilating concepts outside the typical scope of a Producer presents a significant challenge. Why is this proving to be such a challenge for me? Well, with age catching up, it would be more beneficial for management to seek out the perfect candidate to oversee the virtual lab simulation using Blender 3D and the Unity 3D game engine. Yes, you heard me right…these types of software are used by both 3D modelers and programmers. It would be wise to find candidates with a strong background in both 3D modeling and Unity 3D game programming. Despite undergoing a 5-day Unity 3D training session last year and attending a mastery workshop this month (2024), I’m finding it difficult to fully grasp the knowledge imparted by the instructor. The more I try to learn the software, the more overwhelming it feels to me, leading to increased stress and feelings of depression.
I have already pour out the truth to what I’m having right now to the management of the office regarding the state I’m currently in. And I think I don’t have any other choice but to leave to other department..soon
Thank you for listening.
