In this role, I am trusted with my data analytical skills to provide data analytics solutions to companies or train their staffs to equip them with data analysis skills.
My current role as a researcher in this organisation is to conduct research focusing on Cyber Security. In addition, I also conduct consultation services to help improve the security posture of our client’s computing infrastructure.
I was appointed as a lecturer at Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) since November, 2023. I teach fundamental computer science courses such as Operating Systems and Computer Networking as well as more advanced course namely, Penetration Testing.
During my PhD journey, I conducted research in Data Stream mining, focusing on semi-supervised learning and concept drift adaptation. I published two Q1 journal publications and one international conference presentation.
Research in Data Stream Mining, thesis title “Prototype Regularized Manifold Regularization Approach for Semi-Supervised Online Sequential – Extreme Learning Machine with Concept Drift Adaptation” . Published two journal articles and presented a paper at one international conference. Graduated with Merit Award for excellent thesis.
Achieved CGPA of 3.84 (first class) with Dean’s List honors.
IJN Project
A project that involves integrating Artificial Intelligence into heart rate monitoring systems to improve the early detection rate of heart disease and diagnostics. This project is funded by the National Heart Institute (IJN).
NFCC Anti Financial Crime Project
The goal of this project is to conduct training of NFCC personnel on the threats of money laundering in Malaysia. In the next phase, this project will conduct research on how Machine Learning and Artficial Intelligence can be applied for Financial Fraud detection.
