Question 2: Identify areas where you excel and areas for improvement.
In teaching, although I make my class interesting enough through story based learning but there are still areas for me to improve such as clarity in explanation and engagement with students. In terms of explanation, I need to improve such as the examples I see from experienced lecturers where they tend to explain in a more simple way, which practically a public could understand without using jargons, which I need to improve a lot. Engagement with students is something need to done throughout my lectures and not only in some of the lectures. I personally feel I fail to do that and a lot of improvement need to done accordingly so that the students are well engaged in the class so that their understanding level improved as well.
