Mahiswaran Selvanathan

As a Senior Lecturer at Perdana Centre, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, enthusiasm, hardworking, adaptability, and responsible is key for success. My research areas are work quality, academic profession, and human resources. The experience that I worked with private higher learning institutions for nearly six years, my research interest currently focuses mainly on private higher learning institutions policies and others which are related.
