Pelaksanaan Sistem Kehadiran iHadir Menggantikan SMIS<\/h2>\n

Bahagian Sumber Manusia (BSM), Pejabat Pendaftar dengan kerjasama Pusat Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi (CICT) telah membangunkan sistem kehadiran yang baru menggantikan sistem SMIS dengan penjenamaan Sistem iHadir (iHadir@UTM).<\/p>\n

Pembangunan sistem ini membolehkan staf UTM Johor Bahru, UTM Kuala Lumpur dan UTM Pagoh merekodkan kehadiran harian dan seterusnya melaporkan rekod kehadiran secara sistematik. Rekod kehadiran ini juga dipanjangkan kepada seluruh staf universiti termasuk staf yang bertugas mengikut waktu bekerja syif.<\/p>\n

Keseluruhan sistem iHadir yang secara langsung akan memaparkan rekod-rekod kesalahan kehadiran harian. Pemakaian sistem iHadir dilaksanakan pada 4 April 2018 (Rabu)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Dengan adanya Sistem iHadir ini dapat memudahkan urusan tugas harian seluruh staf Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.<\/p>\n
