In this study, fin efficiency of spiral finned crystallizer\u00a0for PFC system is investigated. Spiral fin has been evaluated as a\u00a0potential additional surface in the crystallizer for progressive\u00a0freeze concentration. The addition of spiral fin was introduced\u00a0in order to further improve the productivity of the ice crystal.\u00a0The result shows that the value of fin efficiency is 0.98 which is\u00a0nearly equal to 1. This value indicates that the introduction of\u00a0fin is appropriate. Moreover, the result indicates that the size of\u00a0fin is also suitable for the crystallizer.
