This research provides a comprehensive evaluation of smart city frameworks, focusing on the dimensions and attributes that are crucial for developing intelligent and sustainable urban environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our study reviewed literature from 2014 to 2020, analyzing smart city parameters such as suprastructure, infrastructure, and infostructure. We explored how these elements, along with intelligent government services, can be optimized to better serve society.
